My Favourite NutriBullet Recipe.

Hello everyone! Today I am going to show you my favourite NutriBullet recipe. It's hard to explain what the NutriBullet is, you put in fruit/vegetables and a little bit of water/coconut water in and it makes a really healthy smoothie. I love it because it is actually really yummy (thanks to the berries) and I now get my 5-a-day everyday.



Here is what I put in to today's NutriBullet:

1 handful of diced pineapple,
A portion of celery,
A portion of spinach,
1 handful of strawberries,
A portion of blueberries (around eight or nine),
1 pear,
water/coconut water (I filled it to over a third of the NutriBullet, I like mine to be thin and easy to drink through a straw)
I would usually put flaxseed in but I didn't have any today. You can also put in lindeed, goji berries, almonds, and any other nut/seed that you want.

You then just blend it in the NutriBullet machine and your sorted! It's so good if you don't like vegetables, because I can't taste them in the NutriBullet with of all the berries.
