Having Fun With Hair Chalk!

Hello everybody! Today is going to be a relatively short post, but I wanted to share with you something that I have been really enjoying doing lately.

So I am not allowed to dye my hair just yet, but when I do I want to go bright and bold. Using wet chalk is a really fun way of experimenting with colours, and that is exactly what I did here. All you need is some chalk pastels that are water-soluble.

Just apply the pastel in the colour of your choice to wet, combed hair. I you have very dark hair like me, it will take a longer time to get a strong colour. Then blowdry it, and if you want, run a flat iron over your hair. The heat will secure the colour. I like to put a bit of hairspray wherever I have coloured just to make sure it lasts the day. As you can see I went for a variety of greens, blues, and purples, and I think it looks amazing!
