My Workout Routine!

Hello everyone! So, keeping fit  is something I really like to do, and so today I am going to share with you a daily routine that you can do at home. Hope you enjoy!

Tip: Drinking water consistently is very important to keep hydrated. I try to drink at least 1.5 litres a day, a little at a time. If you gulp it all down you might get cramps when you exercise.

Okay, so onto the fitness routine. I saw this really cool thing called the 5-4-3-2-1 Workout. (See it on Pinterest.) The total exercise time is 15 minutes, but you can repeat it if you want. (I just want to say that I am not a professional, this is just what I do to exercise.)


For the first 5 minutes: Any cardio: run/bike/walk/skip/jog on spot.

For the next 4 minutes: 1 min lunges, 1 min mountain climbers, and repeat.

For the next 3 minutes: 10 pushups/rest, 15 tricep dips/rest, repeat for 3 minutes.

For the next 2 minutes: 30 seconds regular squats, 30 seconds jump squats,  and repeat.

For the last minute: Plank.
